is possible somehow jwplayer 6 seek exact position in video, regardless of keyframe interval?

i acknowledge requires have go previous key frame , load there, want skip few seconds , start @ second specify.

we're using wowza streaming.

if response involves injecting keyframe @ position want - there tools can mp4-videos? e.g "promotetokeyframe videofile.mp4 12.0"
