php - Paypal Recurring Billing via sandbox account -

i have set account can create business account , personal account want integrate recurring billing of paypal in website , think paypal merge sanbox , live account in 1 i'm little bit confused regarding recurring billing. if body have recurring billing procedure/tutorial please let me know.
