Magento not showing products while saving in backend -

i have small problem magento 1.5

the products showing ok in frontend, on open product in backend , press save or save , continue, frontend not showing nothing.

i think here problem index management.

what can no reindex hole category or hole database on save product ?

any appreciated.

you can change behavior of index not update on every product change, , manually (i.e. via cronjob)

you can change in admin area @ system / index management. select product index , choose "change index mode" in dropdown.
