devexpress - Add option for BarButtonItem not appearing in Visual Studio form Designer -

sometimes when open visual studio form designer, see [add] text create new barbuttonitem, other times don't. has led me search way create new button several times now. idea might causing this?

try right click bar manager, , check show designtime enhancements. here a link may help.
